Founded in 1998, Gaver Technologies, Inc. has been honored to provide support and services to our Federal Government and their Prime contractors over these uncertain years. The US Department of Energy (DOE) was our first customer and we are proud to continue serve them today. Since then we have began to serve customers in the DoD, and Homeland Security as well. Providing quality service to employees and customers.

In our decade of service, we have been fortunate to provide our employee’s dedication across the US and in our local community. GTI is headquartered in Frederick, Maryland, which is home to US Army’s Fort Detrick, with two National Laboratories on that base, and in close proximity to other Facilities with important missions. Our commitment to work locally enables over 50% of our employees to work within 20 miles of our principle office. We enjoy having them work close to home because it allows us to support them in a more personal level to empower them to serve the customer better. We provide services to Fort Detrick and FEMA’s National Emergency Training Center (NETC) in Emmitsburg, Maryland. Robert Bruce

Robert joined GTI Federal in 2004 and supports the organization in the role of Executive Vice President. He has served in various senior roles in the Government Services contracting business including Operations, Business Development, and Executive. He has lead, grown, and mentored many a company and individual. He is tireless communicator and brings tremendous insight to GTI through his over 40 years of Government contracting experience.

David Harmon

David joined GTI Federal in 2005 and continues to serve the Capture and Business Development with direct Program Management and Oversight responsibilities. He combines the technical aptitude and detailed relationship skills to lead our Capture and Proposal efforts. His 20+ years of experience provides the skills and discipline needed to drive growth and understanding of our customer.

Jeff Arendt

Jeff joined GTI Federal in June 2001 as Director of Business Development. Jeff handled Customer relations and new opportunities. In October 2007, he was promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations. Jeff currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer with oversight in Human Resources, Contracting,  Finance, and Corporate Quality Assurance. Jeff has more than 18 years of Federal Government contracting experience. This experience coupled with his entrepreneurial efforts provides the solid background to provide the leadership to operate and guide GTI and our customers.

Kelli Gray

Kelli Gray has been with the company since 1999 as the Finance Manager and has been instrumental in establishing our excellent rapor with clients, employees and staff alike.  Kelli has a strong business and finance background and is a resource for all of our Contracting Officer Representatives.

Gail Bradley, PHR, CPHR, SHRM-CP

Gail is a certified Human Resources Professional with over 14 years of extensive day-to-day Human Resources experience focused in academia, federal government, and government contracting industries. Gail focuses on the human aspect of Human Resources and balances the energy of a vibrant, growing workforce with the challenges of HR compliance and innovation. With strengths in planning and benefits administration she focuses on taking care of the people in alignment with corporate missions and goals. She is a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician, active in the Fire and Rescue Community. Gail is a supporter of the local Arts community and a national and local chapter member of the Society for Human Resources Professionals.
