NASA

 GTI Federal is a proud part of the mission and function of the NASA Agency Consolidated End-User Services (ACES) contract, serving as the subcontractor of choice on NASA’s single largest I3P sourcing vehicle through HP.  GTI has an average of 39 personnel providing support to the program and those personnel receive continual, personalized service from our Headquarters Office.

In our efforts to provide premiere customer support GTI Federal has one subcontractor partnering with us to support delivery of services on the contract. The ACES contract is a prime example of a teaming effort that works.

Our areas of support to our prime, HP, include system engineering, IT end-user support, security management, application development, mobile device management, as well as asset management to NASA customers  nationwide and overseas at Goddard Space Flight Center, Ames Research Center, Johnson Space Flight Center, Marshall Space Flight Center, Kennedy Space Center/Vandenburg Air Force Base, Glenn Research Center, Stennis Service Center, Wallops Island, and HQ.  GTI also has supported launches being conducted in Japan with our professional team of employees. 

We pride ourselves as the “go to” small business engaged to serve in specialized NASA mission support roles and as experts to solve challenges in the ACES program.

Our diversified and talented team of personnel takes the lead in supporting varied and highly technical challenges such as:

•   Procurement enterprise and asset management tracking and reporting at MSFC.

•   IT Service Support and IT Governance  through Service Asset and Configuration Management with each analyst supporting approximately 8K to 11K assets.

•   System Development, Implementation and Engineering for Microsoft, Apple, and Linux products.  Our work in this area includes designing, implementing, and maintaining NASA lab infrastructure for software development, testing, simulation, and modeling; developing system interfaces, designing and maintaining UNIX files systems and maintaining Oracle 11G databases.  IT Security Management benefits from our support to NASA’s enterprise-wide anti-malware for desktops and laptops that provide automated updates of anti-malware signatures, software updates, and automated logging and reporting. We also manage RSA Tokens and PKI registration processes.

•   Support Desk-Side is provided through Tier 2/3 Service Desk Support for ACES deployed devices, Service Asset and Configuration Management, Security Management and enhanced Support Services and System Administration.
